Added Postman and OpenAPI specs documentation for the Syrus Cloud API Docs
Changed, the Get status of command API does not require the group ID anymore.
Added a query param available to view only videos downloaded on the View list of videos API
Added json query param to Watch a video in order to see the status of a video.
Added tz query param to View list of videos to return the list of videos for a specific timezone.
